Special orders and non-stock merchandise not held within our regular inventory but ordered at your request are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility for shipping costs or returned items. 20% re-stocking fee applies for items returned. All returned product items must be in good re-saleable condition. 4) Root canal left over gutta-percha surface area was three times lower using EndoVac irrigation system, compared to irrigation with NavyTip needle. All damaged or shortage items must be reported and authorized for return within 48 hours of receipt. 3) Despite of chosen irrigation method, largest surface area of left over gutta-percha was noticed in apical third of root canal. 2) Using EndoVac irrigation system, indicated that most of gutta-percha was removed from the coronal third of root canal. Discussion: 1) Using of NavyTip needle resulted in that most of gutta-percha was removed from the middle part of root canal. Canal wall surface with gutta-percha residue was statistically significantly lower when using Endo Vac irrigation system (2.213662% p=0.0345<0,05) compared to NavyTip needle (7.1741627%). Statistic analysis has been done using a program SAS Base 9.3, with a chosen confidence level α=0.05 Resuts.

Obtained data has been processed with image analysis program AxioVision 4.7. In research of canal wall surface residues with gutta-percha, a stereomicroscope Carl Zeiss Stemi 2000cs with image registering camera AxioCam Mrc5 was used.

Canals have been retreated up to SM3 size instrument (TF Adaptive NiTi Endo File System). For irrigation, in first group NavyTip needle has been used and in second group- Endo Vac ( Kerr Dental) irrigation system. After three weeks endodontic retreatment has been made, where as a solvent orange oil was used. All teeth have been treated chemo-mechanically, filled with SM2 gutta-percha points(Sybron Endo) and placed in incubator. For this study 36 endodontically untreated incisors have been selected. Aims of the study: to determine the efficacy of Endo Vac irrigation system eliminating gutta – percha out of root canals during the endodontic retreatment. This article reviews one of the systems- a negative pressure irrigation. Today's market has to offer a lot of different systems, which increase efficiency of dental root canal chemo-mechanic preparation. The complex anatomy of root canal systems implicates inadequate mechanical access, therefore efficient irrigation is necessary. Gutta-percha is a dental root canal filling material, which is also one of the most challenging to remove. SUMMARY The importance of the problem and the aims of this study.
